By initializing a sandbox, configuring API tokens, or executing workloads on the TRANSFORMIX COMPUTER CORPORATION platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If operating on behalf of an enterprise entity, you represent that you hold full legal authority.
You agree not to use Transformix compute clusters to engage in unauthorized network penetration, denial-of-service attempts, malware dissemination, or actions violating applicable United States and international laws.
Enterprise accounts are covered by our 99.99% multi-region uptime SLA. In the event of covered service interruptions, eligible financial service credits are automatically applied according to your enterprise contract.
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Los Angeles County, California.
